తెలంగాణా కోడిగుడ్డు వెల్లుల్లి కారం / Egg Onion Garlic Curry (Vellulli Karam) is very famous for its spicy and taste. You can store upto 5-7 days. Try as per the given measurements you will definitely love this. Ingredients: Eggs - 6 Onions - 4 (Med Size) Garlic - 1 (Med Size) Salt - As per Taste Red Chilli POwder - 3 tbsp Oil - 1 Cup Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Split Chikpeas - 1 Tbsp Split Urad Dal - 1 Tbsp Curry Leaves - 2 pinnates Dry Red Chillies - 2 Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Method: Step 1: Add chopped Tomatoes, Garlic, Salt and Chilly Powder to the jar and blend well (Add little water). Step 2: Place a kdai and add oil. Let it heat. Step 3: Add cracked eggs and leave it for 2 minutes. Slowly mix and fry. Don't make too small pieces. Once fried take it in to a bowl. Step 4: Add 4 tbsp oil in the same pan and let it heat. Step 5: Add mustard seeds, Split chikpeas, Split Urad Dal and jeera. Saute for a minute. Step 6: Add Curry leaves & Dry chillies and fry them. Step 4: Once fired Add the blended mixture and cook well by covering with lid. Keep mixing between and fry till the mixture leaves the pan. Step 5: Once the raw flavour gone and oil oozed out then Add fried eggs and mix. Let it cook for 5 mins, Step 6: Thats it.
