Gobi 65 (without Egg) is a delicious crispy crunchy fried recipe made with cauliflower, Flours, spices, and herbs. 65 recipes are quite popular starters in Southern part of India. Most of the times we will have this as a evening snack of as a side dish or as a starter. Ingredients: Cauliflower - 1 Small (500 Gms) All Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp Rice Flour - 1 tbsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Green Chillies - 5 Curry Leaves - Few Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp Salt - As per taste Chilly Powder - 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Oil - Sufficient o Deep Fry Method: Step 1: Boil water and add 1 tsp of salt. Let it heat fpr few mins. Step 2: Add cauliflower Florets and cook for 2 mins. Drain and keep aside. Step 3: In a bowl add all ingredients except Chillies and Curry Leaves. Mix well and prepare a medium consistency batter. Step 4: add drained Florets to the mixture and keep aside. Step 5: In a pan add sufficient oil and Heat. Step 6: Once oil heated add few Florets in the oil and fry them. Don't overcrowd. Step 7: Take them in a plate with a paper napkin. Step 8: Fry all other Florets. Step 9: In the last round fry chillies and curry leaves as well. Step 10: Take them in a serving plate and server hot with tomato ketchup/ lemon squeezed on top of it/ with raw onion slices.
