Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs - 6
Sliced Onions ( For Masala) - 1 Med
Sliced Onion - 1 Med
Sliced Tomatoes - 2 Med
Sliced Raw Coconut - 1/2 cup
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Slit Green Chillies - 3
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As per Taste
Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 2 Pinnates
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1/4 bunch
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 2
Oil - 6 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Boil the EGGS and Keep them aside.
Step 2: Add Medium sized Onions Pieces, Chopped Coconut pieces, Coriander Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste, Half of the Tomatoes and Blend well.
Step 3: Place a kadai and add 3 table spoon of oil and Heat.
Step 4: Add Turmeric Powder, Chilly Powder, Salt and put the boiled eggs & fry them all the side by keep moving and stirring. Keep them aside.
Step 5: In the same kadai add 3 more tbsp oil and Heat.
Step 6: Now add Cinnamon, Cardamom, cloves, Green Chillies and Curry Leaves. Saute for a minute.
Step 7: Add Onions and saute for 2 mins.
Step 8: Add the prepared masala and fry until oil oozes out.
Step 9: Add remaining tomatoes Mix well and cook with covering the lid for 2 mins.
Step 10: Add 2 tbsp chilly powder Mix well and cook with covering the lid for 2 mins.
Step 11: Add 1 glass (300 ml) water and cook well.
Step 12: Once masala oozes out oil then add fried eggs. Cook for 2 mins.
Step 13: Add chopped coriander leaves. Take out and Serve HOT.
Step 8: That's It !! Tasty Tasty Restaurant Style Egg Masala is ready.
