Fish is packed with many nutrients that most people are lacking. Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin). Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.Fatty species are sometimes considered the healthiest. That’s because fatty fish, including salmon, trout, sardines, tuna, and mackerel, are higher in fat-based nutrients.
In INDIA, people near coastal area will eat fish on regular basis in fact 2 or 3 times a week. Many people likes to make curry but sometimes we need a variety.. right? just try this FRY and belive me you won't regret. This will definitely LOVE this. Let start.
Ingredients:
Sliced Fish Pieces - 500 Grms of your choice
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Clean and wash fish pieces.
Step 2: Apply little turmeric and Salt to the pieces and keep them aside.
Step 3: In a bowl Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Pepper, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, Chilly Powder, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp oil, little water and Mix Well.
Step 4: Apply the masala to all the fish pieces.
Step 5: Keep them in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5: Add oil in a pan and heat it.
Step 6: Add sufficient fish pieces and fry them on the both sides. Take out and Serve HOT.
Step 7: That's It !! Tasty Tasty fish fry is ready.
